The agents of the Marrubiu forest station have identified the pilot of the drone who in recent days has disturbed and frightened the flamingos flying over the pond of S'Ena Arrubia, in Arborea, immortalizing the "stunt" in a video then posted on social networks.

With his remote-controlled aircraft, the man had also pushed the flamingos towards the Tzrugu Trottu pond, where there are dangerous power lines that often cause the birds to die.

The incident had been reported to the Forestry by the Lipu of Oristano and, after the start of the investigations, the men of the Forestry Corps managed to trace the person responsible, who was sanctioned for disturbing protected wildlife species.
