Cagliari confirms its growth among the 108 capitals analyzed by the "ICity Rank 2023" report , the annual research on digital transformation carried out by Forum PA.

The capital of Sardinia is included among the 16 "highly digital" cities because, in the three ratings into which the research is divided, it obtained scores above 65/100.

Third place stands out, with 90 points out of 100, in the ranking of "connected cities" , behind Bologna (92 points) and Milan (91).

Innovation leaders were Bergamo, Florence, Milan and Modena which entered the top ten of all three rankings ("Digital Administrations" and "Open Municipalities" the other two in addition to "Connected Cities").

Cagliari's good placement comes in the "Connected Cities" thanks to the indicators that analyze «the impact dimension of the digital transformation on the government of cities and concerns the development of connection networks, sensor systems and devices that can be connected to them and tools for processing of information flows and data analysis".
