The family of Diego Batzella, 50, from Sestu, hasn't heard from him for about 48 hours. Now they're raising the alarm: the man was reportedly seen yesterday morning in the San Gemiliano area.

The family members say the incident was also reported to the Carabinieri, but no charges have been filed so far.

“The phone is off,” reads an announcement posted on social media. “He is wearing a gray tracksuit, 1.85 meters tall, green eyes, and the car is a gray Ford Fiesta.”

The appeal is: "Help us find him."
