At the time Zoffili held the position of regional coordinator of the League and in the post with the defendant's comment, as he recalled today, he announced a Roman demonstration on projects for the recovery of Italy in the post-pandemic. During the hearing, presided over by judge Sara Pelicci, the prosecutor was Antonia Pala, reference was also made to the 28-year-old's apology video but also to another intervention, also on Facebook, in which he insulted the Carroccio party.
