Who met Riccardo Rundine on the evening of July 7 , before spending a few hours with friends, and what was handed over to the young man from Sassari? This is the question the Carabinieri are trying to answer as they investigate Rundine's death, which occurred during the night between Monday and Tuesday in Cala Grande , on the coast of Santa Teresa Gallura.

Carabinieri personnel, coordinated by Tempio prosecutors, have already identified several people who had contact with the victim on Monday evening ; the military is also checking the whereabouts of several young people known to Rundine. The hypothesis is that the victim was given psychotropic drugs and narcotics, which caused his death .

The outcome of Rundine's autopsy will be crucial to solving the case. It will be performed next Monday by Dr. Daniela Casu , a medical examiner and consultant for the Tempio Pausania prosecutor's office.
