Due to urgent maintenance work on the Monte Urpinu pipeline, Abbanoa will suspend water supply to the eastern area of Cagliari tomorrow, June 4th.
The disruption will affect users in Via Fleming, La Palma, Quartiere del Sole, S.Bartolomeo, S.Elia, Poetto and Medau Su Cramu from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
The work, Abbanoa announced, is necessary to repair a 600-millimeter diameter crack on a state-owned property near the former 'La Fattoria' restaurant, at the foot of the hill.
The operation, preceded by several inspections in recent days, is particularly complex and will take ten hours, the water utility specifies. After 6:30 PM, Abbanoa technicians will perform network operations to restore service. Any anomalies can be reported to the fault hotline at 800.022.040.
