Selargius, crash on the 554 towards Quartu: car destroyed and truck overturned, two injured

Head-on accident this morning in Selargius along state road 554, at the intersection with via Torrente.

A car was involved, which was destroyed following the violent impact, and a garbage truck , which overturned.

Emergency services intervened immediately. The 40-year-old woman driving the car was transferred to hospital under code red . The condition of the driver of the large vehicle, a 65-year-old, is less serious .
