The incidence of positive molecular and antigenic anti -Covid tests is increasing in various Italian provinces: there are 17 in which there is a growing trend with a percentage increase in the last week of at least 10 percent compared to seven days previous.

These are the data elaborated by the mathematician Giovanni Sebastiani, of the Institute for the Applications of Computing “M. Picone ”, of the National Research Council (Cnr).

The provinces, it also emerges, "are grouped into three clusters, where they are all bordering on each other, and in a group in which they are almost all bordering on each other".

Among these clusters there is also Sardinia .

  1. The first is made up of provinces belonging to all the regions of the Center-South, starting with Lazio, Umbria and Marche including down: Terni, Rieti, Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Teramo, L'Aquila, Chieti, Pescara, Campobasso, Benevento , Naples, Caserta, Avellino. Salerno, Matera, Potenza, Foggia, Brindisi, Taranto, Lecce, Cosenza and Crotone.
  2. The second cluster includes neighboring Sicilian provinces: Caltanissetta, Agrigento, Enna, Ragusa, Catania, Syracuse and Trapani.
  3. The third cluster includes neighboring Sardinian provinces: Cagliari, South Sardinia and Nuoro .
