Covid, in Sardinia 1,091 new cases and 2 victims

In the last 24 hours in Sardinia both the number of new Covid infections and that of daily victims have dropped. But the number of patients admitted to hospitals on the island also drops, where the positivity rate today stands at 10.3% (another figure down, yesterday it was over 12%).
Here is the full bulletin issued by the Region on Saturday 26 February 2022: “In Sardinia today there are 1091 further confirmed cases of COVID positivity (of which 838 diagnosed as antigenic). A total of 10546 swabs were processed, including molecular and antigenic.
The patients admitted to the intensive care units are 23 (-5).
The patients admitted to the medical area are 340 (-6).
31317 are the cases of home isolation (-1127).
There are 2 deaths: a 75-year-old man, residing in the province of Oristano, and a 92-year-old woman, residing in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari ”.
