Opposite traffic on 195, terrible head-on: one wounded dying
The accident on the four-lane section of Cagliari: fifty-two years old in confidential prognosis after flying out of the passenger compartmentSerious road accident tonight on the 195 state road shortly after km 5, in the four-lane section in the Cagliari area. A car, a Citroen C3, which was proceeding against traffic, collided head-on with a vehicle, a Volkswagen Touareg, coming from the opposite direction.
The two cars hit each other in the two front corners and it would have been the driver who was traveling the wrong way, a fifty-two year old resident in a center of the hinterland who had the worst: without a belt, he was thrown out of the passenger compartment.
The procedures for identifying the wounded man, who apparently had no documents with him, were difficult : he is now hospitalized with a prognosis reserved for Brotzu, in danger of his life. The driver of the other car involved, a thirty-four year old from Monserrato, was almost unharmed.
Investigations continue by the municipal police of Cagliari who intervened on the spot to verify the dynamics.
