Coghinas 2 breakdown: seven days of water interruption in some areas of Sassari and the province

A sudden failure on the Coghinas 2 pipeline has forced Enas to interrupt the supply of water resources from this system, a decision that could create serious problems in some neighborhoods of the city of Sassari, Porto Torres, Castelsardo and Stintino.

This was communicated by the Sardinian Water Authority. From what we understand, the water network cannot be restored before seven days, which could be extended over time, due to the duration of the work necessary to restore the functionality of the aqueduct.
