Cocaine in Calasetta, cannabis plants in Santadi: two men aged 65 and 55 in trouble

Two men ended up under house arrest in Calasetta and Santadi for detention of drugs aimed at dealing.
Both episodes took place yesterday, August 19th.
In Calasetta , a 65-year-old man already known to the police gets into trouble. Frisked by the carabinieri during a road check, he was found in possession of three grams of cocaine divided into six doses ready to be sold.
In Santadi , on the other hand, a 55-year-old was surprised by the men of the Arma in a land while he was intent on irrigating three cannabis indica plants two meters high each. Several dried branches were also found in the same ground, then another 24 grams of marijuana , a sling bar and packaging material were found in the home search.
