These are the words of the mayor of Castelsardo, Maria Lucia Tirotto , one year after the femicide of Cinzia Pinna , the 33-year-old woman killed on the Conca Entosa estate in Palau by self-confessed entrepreneur Emanuele Ragnedda on the night between September 11 and 12, 2025.
