Child dies in camper fire in Bados; father accused

The trial for the death of little Samuel Imbuzan , victim of a terrible fire that broke out inside a caravan on August 31, 2023, opened today in Tempio Pausania . The camper was parked near the beach of Bados, on the border between the territories of Olbia and Golfo Aranci .
The 11-year-old's father, Daniel, is accused of the death. According to the Tempio Pausania prosecutor's office, the tragedy was caused by the improper use of a camping stove connected to a LPG tank.
Daniel Imbuzan, defended by criminal lawyer Antonello Desini, has consistently maintained that the camping kitchen was not his property. Witnesses and evidence from the prosecutor were admitted, and the trial was adjourned. The next person to testify in court will be the child's mother.
