The preliminary hearing judge of Tempio, Federica Distefano, has sent the Romanian businessman, Daniel Imbuzan, to trial for the death of his son Samuel, which occurred on 31 August 2023 in a car park near the Bados beach, on the Golfo Aranci coast .

The 11-year-old victim was hit by a flame from the LPG cylinder connected to a camping stove . The charges include manslaughter, arson, and injuries sustained by Imbuzan's wife, who was burned .

The trial begins on June 19 before the judge of the Tempio tribunal, Maria Elena Lai.

Daniel Imbuzan, defended by criminal lawyer Antonello Desini, believes he too is a victim of the tragedy. He has always maintained that the stove and gas cylinder that caused the tragedy were not his property , but rather the property of another person who was on holiday in Sardinia and who had parked his camper alongside the contractor's.
