A cell phone inside a cell. The discovery was made by prison police officers inside the juvenile prison of Quartucciu.
The announcement was made by the general secretary of the Uil Pa Penitentiary Police, Michele Cireddu, who added: «Investigations have already been started to reconstruct the entire dynamics of the incident and trace responsibilities».
