An area of 1,200 square meters has been seized within a shipyard in the port of Castelsardo . The measure was carried out yesterday by the Porto Torres Coast Guard.

The intervention is part of an investigation aimed at protecting the environment .

According to a press release, shortcomings in environmental legislation have been found in relation to alleged crimes related to waste management, discharges, emissions, and the occupation of state-owned maritime land.
