Cardiac arrest while playing paddle tennis; tourist rescued with a defibrillator in the Sarrabus area.

There were moments of fear on the Sarrabus coast, where a guest at a tourist facility fell ill while playing paddle tennis with friends.

The man was immediately rescued by paramedics from the 118 emergency medical service who resuscitated him (he had suffered a cardiac arrest) with an automatic defibrillator.

Then he was transferred to Brotzu hospital for the necessary medical checks.
