For this reason , a 49-year-old worker from Carbonia ended up in trouble, his driving license was withdrawn and he was referred to the Cagliari prosecutor's office in a state of freedom for refusing to ascertain the state of alcoholic intoxication.

The accident took place around 10 pm in via XXVIII December : on board his Panda, the man caused a road accident with a Renault Megane driven by another 45-year-old man from Carbonia.

Fortunately, nothing serious, both were not injured. But if the Renault driver underwent a breathalyzer test which gave a negative result, the other refused to carry out the test.

The vehicle was seized, the driving license withdrawn and the administrative and judicial authorities were informed of the incident .
