Serious accident during the night in Cagliari : in a collision between two cars, at the crossroads between Piazza San Michele and Via Is Maglias , the three people on board the cars (the two drivers and a passenger) were rescued by 118 and accompanied with red code to the hospital .

They suffered serious injuries but their lives are not in danger .

According to an initial reconstruction by local police officers, the collision, which occurred around 5:30 a.m., was caused by a car failing to follow traffic lights when it ran a red light . The vehicles were extensively damaged, completely destroyed.
