A serious accident occurred between a car and a motorcycle on the Asse Mediano in Cagliari, near one of the gas stations heading towards Sestu. The motorcyclist was the worst injured and was transported to Brotzu by an ambulance with a red code.

Local police were called to investigate and manage traffic. The accident caused long lines of traffic to form, bringing traffic to a standstill.
