A small car caught fire following a minor collision at the Pirri roundabout. The firefighters' prompt intervention quickly extinguished the flames, while local police secured the area.
The impact on traffic in the area was inevitable: to allow for rescue operations and the subsequent removal of the vehicle by a crane, the access road to the 131 Dir was temporarily closed to traffic.
Except for the impact on traffic in the initial phase, the emergency has been resolved.
