There were moments of fear last night in Calangianus, where a car carrying five people—including a child—overturned for reasons yet to be determined. The accident occurred around 1:30 AM.
Firefighters from the Tempio detachment intervened on the scene, working to extract one of the occupants who remained trapped inside the vehicle.
All those involved, including the minor, were rescued by 118 personnel and transported to the hospital for evaluation and treatment. Their conditions are not believed to be serious.
After the rescue operations, the firefighters proceeded to secure the area and the vehicle involved.
Carabinieri from the Tempio Pausania Company also intervened at the scene of the accident, and their task is now to reconstruct the exact dynamics of the overturning.
