After a joint inspection at Cala Finanza, the lawyers for Tavolara Bay real estate (Gianluca Aste, Fabio Varone, and Gian Comita Ragnedda) obtained the Forestry Corps' approval for the environmental restoration of several areas of the beautiful coastal town of Loiri Porto San Paolo. The Sardinian-Brazilian company is reorganizing its presence in the Gallura coastal town, deciding to put the Villa Joy beach club and glamping project on hold .

Tavolara Bay remains in Gallura, but with a new approach. The environmental restoration of Cala Finanza is the first step. The company is planning to remove all the prefabricated modules located near Villa Joy, currently under seizure, and restore the property to its original residential use. Tavolara Bay CEO Jorge Pauli Niubó (Country Director Italy at JHSF) has also intervened. He announces: "The Cala Finanza project had been duly authorized. When circumstances changed, we submitted a request for authorization for environmental restoration work in the areas specifically identified in the request—subject to a provisional challenge as part of the ongoing investigation—in full cooperation with the Forestry Corps. This initiative confirms our commitment to protecting the territory and demonstrates our willingness to collaborate with the competent authorities, without prejudice to the company's legal rights. For us, respecting the rules and protecting a unique place like the Tavolara-Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area comes before any commercial interest. Our ties with Porto San Paolo, therefore, remain strong : we will continue to work alongside institutions, associations, and communities to promote sustainable development, for the benefit of citizens and nature.
