A surreal reflection on the idea of home, designed to entertain the little ones: the Teatro Ragazzi events will return to the Teatro Massimo in Cagliari .

We kick off Thursday at 4 pm with the show " Casa ," a La Baracca and Testoni Ragazzi production, written by Andrea Buzzetti , Bruno Cappagli , and Carlotta Zini . Already an award winner at the "100, 1,000, 1,000,000 stories" festival in Bucharest in 2014, the work is designed for children aged zero to six.

What is a home? A place that provides shelter, food, care, and rest, of course, but also a space to welcome other people: and also an abstract "locus," to be invented and built , and from which to embark on an adventure toward everything that exists out there, knowing they can return whenever necessary. Thus, an older person and a younger person meet, get to know each other, and together create this space .

The construction becomes a game, through which a story gradually unfolds, in which roles are reversed and the fixity of everyday life is subverted , bringing adults back to a childhood wonder yet to be rediscovered. A work that unites parents and children in an original way, performed on stage by Michele Onori and Erika Salamone , with photography by Matteo Chiura and direction by Cappagli, described in the Hungarian capital as possessing "a strong narrative structure and profound meaning," performed with " emotional precision and great beauty ."
