Yet another weekend of brawls and illnesses, caused by alcohol and, in some cases, other substances, in Cagliari's nightlife districts. On Saturday evening, blood stained the steps of the small square surrounding the church of Sant'Eulalia following a brawl, while on another staircase, Sant'Anna, a young girl lost consciousness and collapsed on the steps of the first flight, before the incredulous eyes of her friends who tried to resuscitate her.

Night of rescue

Several 118 emergency services have been deployed in the city center to assist young people suffering from illnesses related to alcohol and spirits abuse. A video circulating on social media documents the sudden illness of a young girl, who suddenly collapsed and lost consciousness. A similar scenario occurred late at night, when a young man was rescued on Via Mameli: he was found unconscious with his back against a wall, unresponsive.

Blood on the steps

A few hours earlier, in the Marina district, a violent fight broke out between very young people (some of whom were minors) in front of the church of Sant'Eulalia, while a concert was being held inside the place of worship.
