And this morning, days later and following the evidence gathered by the Carabinieri personnel, the Court of Cagliari ordered the precautionary measure of prohibiting anyone from approaching a 54-year-old resident of the Sardinian capital .

This measure is intended to protect the victim while the investigation unfolds and the man's responsibilities are assessed.
