With a pink helmet on his head on Monday he tore some rear-view mirrors from cars parked in via Fratelli Falletti, in Cagliari. Numerous calls arrived at the Police Headquarters switchboard to report the activity of a fifty-eight year old. So a police squad was sent to the scene.

The officers immediately identified the person responsible. He had a backpack: three mirrors were found inside, in addition to the one he was holding in his hand, which he had just torn away.

After identification, the fifty-eight year old was asked to leave and return to his home, which is nearby.

But shortly afterwards other reports arrived, from via Baronia and via Ogliastra. New intervention, same manager.

This time, however, he was arrested on charges of damage and theft. The provision was validated by the investigating judge during the direct hearing.
