Cagliari's local police force applied zero tolerance to drivers who, last night, parked in the blue lines beneath the statue of Carlo Felice in the rain . All cars were fined and towed away. Parking restrictions have been posted throughout the area in anticipation of Cagliari's New Year's Eve events.
