"What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the rest of the world calls a butterfly." City councilor and group leader of Fratelli d'Italia, Pierluigi Mannino, quotes the father of Taoism, Lao Tzu, to comment - referring to the controversy - on the evolution of the construction site for the new Via Roma, in Cagliari.
"It seems to be starting to take shape," underlines the exponent of the previous majority of Palazzo Bacaredda, who under the guidance of Mayor Paolo Truzzu had started work on the project conceived by architect Stefano Boeri.
And something more is starting to be glimpsed: the final conclusion is still very far away, it is only the first part from Piazza Ingrao to the middle of the artery. There are not only the games and the equipment for gymnastics, placed next to the trees and close to the central lane where the light metro will (should) pass.
In the image chosen by Mannino, you can also see stone seats around the plants, lit from below.
