Two days to rediscover the value of health, wellness, and prevention, through knowledge, recreational activities, and social gatherings. This is the spirit of "Nutrire la Salute" and "Giornata del Benessere," the events promoted by the Blue Sardinia ASD association in collaboration with Cagliari Calcio, which will be held on November 14 and 15, 2025, at the Sali Scelti Building, in the heart of Molentargius Park.
The initiative, supported by the Sardinia Region and the Fondazione di Sardegna, aims to raise awareness among citizens about proper nutrition, healthy lifestyles, and chronic disease prevention, with an approach that combines education and fun.
The first day, Friday, November 14, will be dedicated to in-depth scientific discussion and discussion. From 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, families, healthcare workers, educators, and the public will be able to participate in two roundtable discussions moderated by industry experts.
At the heart of the debate: the connection between nutrition, sleep, and quality of life, and the role of a balanced diet in preventing chronic diseases. Speakers expected include Elisabetta Pozzato, Vania Statzu, Nicoletta Bandinu, and Antonella Angioni.
The day will open with official greetings and the participation of a Cagliari Calcio player, and will conclude with a social gathering open to all.
On Saturday, November 15th, it will be the turn of families and children. From 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, the Sali Scelti Building will be transformed into a play and learning space with hands-on workshops, educational activities, and free screening stations led by doctors, nutritionists, and psychologists.
Children will be able to try their hand at games about seasonal food and the importance of exercise, while adults will have the opportunity to receive personalized health advice.
