They beat the owner and took away the cash register. Robbery this morning in the tobacconist's shop in via Riva Villasanta in Pirri, in front of the Municipality headquarters.

Two bandits broke into the club and violently forced the owner to hand over the money. He, a 41-year-old, resisted and was punched in the face.

The robbers then stole the cash and fled in a car. The booty amounts to about 200 euros. The police agents of the Cagliari Police Headquarters have arrived on the spot.

The owner of the tobacco shop was taken over by the 118 rescuers who arrived aboard an ambulance.
