Two young people residing in Carbonia, but born in Lombardy, were reported for aggravated theft in competition and driving without a license.

It is a 20-year-old and an 18-year-old, of Roma origin, not new to such facts.

The carabinieri surprised them at 2 am in via Tevere in Cagliari, while they were trying to remove, after having forced a door, some ferrous material kept inside a Ford Transit van owned by a 37-year-old Moroccan.

At the sight of the military, the two fled by car, but after a short chase the men of the weapon managed to stop them.

The search resulted in burglary tools which were subjected to seizure.

The car was also seized and was already burdened with administrative detention and without insurance. The two boys also did not have a driving license.
