Two successful "hit"s and one attempted cost a 23-year-old from Cagliari a complaint for aggravated theft , already known to the police.

The young man has been identified as the author of two episodes that took place on 15 and 16 August last against "La piccola focacceria" in via Liguria.

In both circumstances, the 23-year-old had entered the shop during closing time after having forced open a window, taking possession of 200 euros and two palmtop computers. He returned on August 25, but his plan fell through due to tightened security at the entrances.

The Carabinieri of Sant'Avendrace, after the complaint filed by the trader, had started the investigation by examining the images of the video surveillance system which made it possible to identify the 23-year-old.
