It was March 27th when the first new jersey was placed in via Roma , right in front of the Rinascente. The start of the works blocked traffic in one of the symbolic arteries of Cagliari , significantly reducing walks under the arcades and creating a huge point of demand for the activities of the street.

Seven months later, Locanda Caddeo , one of the busiest places in the center (which has four other locations), is paying the price. From this week, in fact, the location in Via Roma will remain open only from Friday evening to Sunday : «We don't want to give up», writes the owner, Francesco Caddeo on Facebook, «we have never done it and we certainly won't start now: but having to having to deal with similar situations is a stab in the heart ."

An obligatory decision, that of closing for four and a half days, with the Locanda remaining open, in fact, only on weekends: «Having companies, giving work to dozens and dozens of people, building a solid company already has its difficulties and they are not few ", he explains with regret, "but having to find yourself fighting with external factors like these, where you don't have the possibility of having an impact in any way and you find yourself disarmed and alone, becomes really difficult".
