After years of waiting and promises, the Sant'Elia neighborhood is preparing to change its face. The City Council has approved the technical and economic feasibility project for the urban regeneration of the area, a fundamental intervention that will be included in the three-year program of public works 2025-2027.
A concrete step, made possible thanks to the funds of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), which will allow the construction of new sub-services and the complete redevelopment of the outdoor spaces, improving the liveability of a neighborhood forgotten for too long.
