Supporting the city's most needy families— men, women, and especially children, as well as their pets. Teaching the message of solidarity and mutual aid from an early age.
These are the goals of the charity collection organized this morning at the Randaccio Tuveri Don Milani Colombo comprehensive school , on Via Venezia in Cagliari, where the students and their families made a solidarity donation.
Groceries, clothing, toys, cat and dog food, and other essentials. The initiative, organized by Elena Pinna and Raffaella Mura, mothers of students in the 3A class of the elementary school, was a resounding success. "It was a day of solidarity, part of a busy calendar of events that our school is committed to promoting with dedication and participation," says headmistress Giovanna Porru. "Not only did the school community enthusiastically participate in the event, but also parents, grandparents, and even families from outside the school who wanted to contribute."
All proceeds from the morning will be donated to the city's Caritas and the Fierogatto association , which is committed to rescuing, caring for, and adopting animals in need.
