Cagliari, the landfill among the dumpsters behind the Courthouse

Dumpsters transformed into a landfill "open" to all. Without authorization, of course.

It happened in Cagliari, in the small square between Via Amat and Piazza Marcello Serra. To be clear: behind the courthouse and a few meters from the entrance to the police headquarters.

The waste bins—paper and plastic—should be used by the Court, but residents complain that they're being used indiscriminately by anyone, even by those who should have bins at home, connected to a Tari (waste tax) account.

He should, because if he uses those bins, he will most likely avoid paying the municipal garbage tax.
