Cagliari: steals a backpack from a car, but is surprised by the carabinieri

The arrest of a 38-year-old from Villacidro, unemployed and homeless, blocked by the carabinieri of the Cagliari Radiomobile was validated in the morning. The military, in via Roma, noticed a man walking away after having stolen a backpack from inside a Fiat Freemont. When he saw the uniforms, the thief abandoned the item but was stopped anyway. The carabinieri thus discovered that the car from which he had disappeared had the glass of the left rear door shattered.
Once the checks were carried out through the images of the video surveillance cameras, the man was observed breaking the window and extracting the backpack.
Immediate arrest for theft aggravated by the break-in.
The judge, at the very direct trial, granted the terms to the defense.
