In via Meilogu, a municipal building occupied by three people residing in Cagliari was cleared . The officers, during the search of the premises, also found a bag with 50 grams of drugs . The occupants were thus deferred for illegal occupation and drug possession and filed a complaint for aggravated theft, given that they were fraudulently connected to the electricity network .
In via Is Mirrionis, on the other hand, on an area owned by the Region, an illegal property was found not registered in the municipal land registry in which a girl with a minor child lives . Here, too, the complaint for the connection to the electricity grid was triggered, and the report to the Prosecutor's Office for minors was also triggered.
Investigations are underway to trace the material executor of the abusive construction.
