A 25-year-old Gambian young man denounced by the Cagliari carabinieri for aggravated theft and false declarations about his identity .
The boy, resident in Cagliari, but in fact homeless, unemployed and already known to the police, was noticed by the military of the radio-mobile nucleus while he was wandering around on a bicycle.
Fearing that he would be stopped, the 25-year-old tried to escape, but the men of the Arma stopped him and subjected him to control.
The investigations revealed that the bike had just been stolen from a 37-year-old from Elmas.
For this reason the notification was triggered, which was followed by the measure of the obligation to sign at the Villanova barracks. The bike, on the other hand, was returned to the owner.
