Traffic was also slow this morning on State Road 195, heading towards Cagliari . The disruption is still being caused by ongoing roadworks, which are narrowing the roadway and reducing the normally four-lane section to a single lane.

Further complicating traffic was a car stalled due to a battery issue. The vehicle exacerbated traffic delays along the stretch of road, already affected by construction restrictions.
