An accident occurred this morning around 10 a.m. on Via Castiglione, Cagliari, where a 55-year-old woman was hit by a car.

Emergency medical personnel responded to the scene, providing first aid and transporting the injured man to Brotzu Hospital, which was classified as red. He suffered a head injury; his condition is not life-threatening.

Local police are currently investigating to determine the circumstances of the accident.
