A 31-year-old man of Moroccan origin was arrested by the Carabinieri for theft, receiving stolen goods, and resisting a public official.

During the night, the young man was spotted by some people rummaging through a parked car . Once the alarm was raised, officers from the Stampace station arrived on the scene and arrested the 31-year-old, not without some difficulty. The man reacted by pushing the Carabinieri, but to no avail.

According to the investigation, he was already under house arrest in his municipality of residence. A subsequent search of the man's property found several stolen items. A summary trial is scheduled for this morning.
