Not even a square meter of public land occupied without authorization costs four days of closure for a shop in via Crispi, Cagliari . The violation dates back to August, the execution of the sanction is imminent: it will start on October 27th.
The hard fist of the local police and municipal offices issued a determination by the Department of Productive Activities. The Cozy Casa business was affected: shortly after noon on 26 August, the agents found that "displays for the sale of postcards, magnets and beach items" had been placed on the sidewalk behind the Municipality. A fact that, it says, constitutes "a prerequisite for the application of the sanction of closing for four days of the business in which the occupation was made".
The owner of the individual company - Chinese - "presented briefs, which however do not contain useful elements to allow a different outcome of the sanctioning procedure, essentially configuring itself as an expression of regret for what has occurred".
For this reason, here is the sanction of the closure for four days: the local police have also mandated to ensure compliance with the decision of the Municipality.
