Cagliari, head-on collision on Viale Elmas: cars destroyed, two injured, one trapped in the passenger compartment

Serious accident during the night on Viale Elmas, in Cagliari .

Two cars collided head-on for unknown reasons. Both drivers were injured and their vehicles were destroyed.

Firefighters from the Cagliari Fire Department extracted a man from the wreckage of the car and secured the vehicles.

Emergency ambulances provided first aid to the two injured and took them to the hospital. A Highway Patrol patrol was called to investigate.
