Great satisfaction for Gli Uffici di Cagliari, inaugurated in 2023 inside Palazzo Boyl , a historic residence in the Castello district, which makes its entry into Michelin.

For the inspectors of the prestigious Guide, the restaurant, with its balcony overlooking the city and the Gulf, is among the best addresses to recommend. It has in fact been included, the only one in Sardinia, as a new entry for July in the Italian section.

The proposal by chef Tommaso Sanguedolce and his team convinced the inspectors , a meeting between Puglia, where he is originally from, and Sardinia, his adopted land. Thanks to a consolidated experience in the kitchens of various countries around the world, Sanguedolce delights diners with dishes characterized by his personal touch.

"The chef juggles with precision and technique learned in a beautiful training course. At ease with meat and fish, his recipes are a hymn to Mediterranean flavors and 'sins of gluttony'", we read in the profile.

The Guide focuses in particular on "the Italian brioche, a type of naturally leavened maritozzo served warm and accompanied with creamy pistachio ice cream, intense saffron ricotta cream and red fruit soup".

Chef Sanguedolce, born in 1986, expresses his satisfaction : «A milestone and a new starting point that pushes me to further refine the proposal together with all my staff», he comments to Ansa.

In the dining room, the maître Alessandro Marras and Manuel Golin, both sommeliers, with important experience. The wine list is accurate and refined with regional, national and international proposals and a special attention to the French reality.
