A human river has flooded the center of Cagliari, chanting "Stop the genocide " and "We are all Palestinians." Five thousand people, according to organizers, are participating in the second day of the "Race of Indignation" to transform the city center's streets into a single, collective voice of protest and solidarity.

What is particularly striking is the presence of so many young people, a sign that the Palestinian question continues to mobilize the new generations.

The procession set off at 6 pm from Via Roma, right in front of the Regional Council , and reached Piazza Costituzione, where the organizers—Sardinia Palestina and the Sardinian Committee for Solidarity with Palestine—launched a direct appeal to local politicians: "We ask the regional government to take a stand through concrete actions."

Among the strongest voices was that of Fawsi Ismail, a Palestinian on the front lines and president of Sardegna Palestina : "While Gaza is being razed to the ground, while its population is being massacred, starved, and killed, Palestine is trying to resist. This human river is a demonstration of the great solidarity of Cagliari and Sardinia."

An initiative that is not only a denunciation of what is happening in the Middle East , but which also has a request: "a tangible commitment from the institutions to put an end to the massacre."
