Fear in the night in via Pessina, in Cagliari, due to a fire that broke out inside the Antichi Sapori delicatessen.

The flames apparently started from a candle that had been left lit on a table and spread to some rags.

The firefighters intervened immediately and prevented the fire from spreading to the rest of the business, where in the end no particular damage was reported.

Residents of the building took to the streets while the team was working: there was no evacuation.
