The man was stopped at a checkpoint set up in Viale Elmas at 2 am. He was at the wheel of a Mini Cooper and was subjected to a breath test, which showed a BAC of 1.65 grams per liter at the first check and 1.67 at the second. His driving license will be withdrawn as the 36-year-old did not have it at the time of verification, having forgotten it at home. The car was subjected to administrative seizure.
